Custom Size RCBC's in Short Lead Time
The contractor had a short window of opportunity to replace an old crossing structure before the wet season, as during a typical wet season the site is permanently inundated.
Size Constraints
Existing height, length and width had to be maintained exactly as per original structure, due to site constraints and levels.
Finding a Supplier
Having trouble finding a supplier who would commit to the fully custom units in a short lead time, they approached Modcast, and were immediately given reassurance that it could be done – failure was not an option!
Action
Modcast produced custom designs and shop drawings, fabricated the moulds, produced and delivered the units within 6 weeks.
